This is a series containing expenditure ledgers for the department. Some of the bound volumes list the expenditures incurred in organizing and setting up a Georgia exhibit for the St. Louis Exposition of 1904. They also detail expenses for moving the exhibits to the Jamestown Exposition. Other volumes list expenses incurred by field geologists. Each of the ledgers indicates the date the payment was made, the person paid, the services rendered and the amount paid.
